This is an excellent opportunity to explore an up-to-now almost unknown part of the beautiful and majestic Drakensberg.

Ginas Drakensberg self-catering cottages nestle in the quant village of Geluksbrug between Bergville and Van Reenen, shouldering the unexplored Lost Valley. The setting is unique and against the backdrop of the Ntintwa Mountain and her unique rock formations. Explore the breathtaking views and natural splendour of the area whilst hiking or biking.

Bring your own quad (quads also available for hire) or use your 4X4 on guided trails - one a 40 km family route to the Lost Valley, the Maanhaarroete, and the other a testing 70 km route via the Bezuidenhoutspas. Shorter routes are also available including picnic trips to a beautiful waterfall.

Facilities at the cottages include a sparkling pool, trampoline, a large boma as well as individual braais. The young ones will love the farm animals -two clever donkeys (rides for the kids)- an inquisitive duiker, duck and free ranging chickens. The five tastefully appointed cottages and units as well as three Zulu huts can accommodate up to 30 persons - either in groups for conferences and family and friend get-togethers, but is also private for smaller groups and families. There are nine camping sites with clean ablution facilities and an equipped kitchen. And the people of Geluksbrug are proud of the fact that crime is almost unknown in the area. Pet friendly - only small pets.
